Fredericton’s Own is a stage designed specifically for Fredericton’s talent. This is the second year for the stage and oh yeah – it’s free.

Here’s a look at some of this year’s performers.

Jennifer Russell

The Fredericton nine- piece features a full horn section, a swing violin and tight rhythm section.

When: Saturday at 6:45 p.m.

 

The Arlens

What they’re about: Four fifths of this  band may be Bathurst natives, but the Arlens now reside in Fredericton playing rock and roll/ garage rock in local bars and house shows.

When: Friday at 7:45 p.m.

 

She Roars!

What they’re about: These guys have been around for seven years playing pop rock/acoustic rock. They just released their newest album Part Animal.
