Dominque Caravan of the St. Thomas University women’s volleyball team has been named Atlantic Collegiate Athletic Association Athlete of the Week on Feb. 9.
Caravan from Fredericton is a fourth-year middle who helped lead the Tommies to two wins, two weekend ago.
Caravan landed nine kills, three service aces, and two blocks during a Feb. 6 game against Dalhousie Agricultural Campus Rams.
The following day she served for 14 points, landed seven kills and two solo blocks against the University of King’s College Blue Devils.
Caravan leads the Tommies with 70 kills and 22 solo blocks.
