The agreement expires on June 30, 2016.

Changes include removing the positions from the SRC and removing passages from the constitution stating that students in those positions must attend all SRC meetings.

The recommendations were made by the Governance Committee and will be voted on in the regular council meeting on March 13.

“With the upcoming Olympics I was inspired to make a charitable assistance request,” said Board of Governors student rep Woody Brown at the Student Union meeting on Feb. 6.

The motion passed unanimously. There is $1,100 left in the charitable assistance line for the rest of the year.
